Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Eng Techno, which builds and operates E5tarli. Creating an account or using the app means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. You sign in with a Google account; we do not issue passwords. Keep access to that account secure — anything done through your session is treated as done by you.

What E5tarli is, and is not

E5tarli suggests one thing from a list you wrote yourself. It is entertainment and organisation, not advice — not medical, psychological, financial, legal or professional advice of any kind.

You decide whether a suggestion is safe, legal and sensible for you right now, and you carry the consequences of acting on it. The engine has no idea what is happening around you.

Your content

Your activities, results, photos and text remain yours. We do not claim ownership.

To run the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, adapt in format and display that content — strictly for operating and presenting E5tarli to you and to the people you chose to show it to. Making a result public, or generating a share link, extends that display to whoever holds the link. The licence ends when you delete the content, save for backup copies already made.

What you must not post or do

You are responsible for everything you put into the app.

• Nothing illegal, and nothing that promotes or instructs harm to yourself or others.
• No content you do not have the rights to — photos, text or links included.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual content involving minors.
• No impersonating another person, or claiming an account that is not yours.
• No scraping, automated access, load testing, or attempts to break, probe or bypass our systems and limits.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or reselling any part of the service.
• No spam, malware, or links that lead to either.

Public results and borrowed activities

A result you mark public, or share by link, can be seen by people who are not signed in. Another user can borrow a public activity into their own Pool, where it becomes a copy they control.

Treat anything you publish as permanently public: we can remove it from E5tarli, but we cannot un-see it for anyone who already did.

XP, levels and streaks

Progress markers are decoration. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and may be recalculated, adjusted or reset when we change how scoring works or correct abuse.

Availability and changes

The service is offered as it is, in active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may pause the service for maintenance. We will avoid breaking things you depend on where we reasonably can, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, harms other users, or puts the service at risk — immediately where the breach is serious. On termination your right to use the service ends; the clauses that by their nature should survive do so.

Third-party services

Signing in uses Google Sign-In, subject to Google’s own terms. Links you or other users attach to results lead to sites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content, safety or practices.

No warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, E5tarli is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that suggestions will be accurate, appropriate or useful.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Eng Techno is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost data, lost profits, or injury or loss arising from an activity you chose to do.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect; continuing to use E5tarli afterwards means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [SET THE GOVERNING JURISDICTION IN THE CMS BEFORE LAUNCH], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you hold where you live.
